Frequently asked questions
The things merchants ask us before anyone signs anything.
How long until it is running in my store?
Once your application is approved, hardware ships configured for your business. Setup timing is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Can I keep my current processor?
Sometimes. It depends on the hardware and how it was originally boarded. A specialist checks before you commit to anything.
What does support look like after launch?
A named contact at NexauraPay, plus the manufacturer's own support channel for hardware faults.
Do I buy the hardware outright?
Purchase and other arrangements exist depending on the product. Options and terms come with your quote, and we do not publish them here.
Why is there no pricing on the website?
Because a rate without your volume and average ticket behind it is not a quote. We build the configuration around how you actually take payments, then put the number in writing.
Is NexauraPay a bank?
No. NexauraPay is a merchant services provider operating as an ISO/sub-agent. We are not a bank and not a card network. Authorization and settlement run through our processing partners.
What does NexauraPay do?
NexauraPay helps businesses select merchant payment processing and Clover or NRS point-of-sale hardware, with configuration and a written quote based on the business workflow.
Who operates NexauraPay?
NexauraPay is operated by AEA CONSULTANT, INC. It is a merchant services provider operating as an ISO/sub-agent, not a bank or card network.
How can I contact NexauraPay?
Call (888) 902-5175 or email sales@nexaurapay.com. The business mailing address is 15 Island Trl, Mount Sinai, NY 11766-3424; it is not a walk-in location.
Which POS systems can I compare?
Compare the Clover and NRS ranges, then use the setup finder to describe your business and payment workflow. A specialist confirms hardware, software and processing compatibility.
How do I get payment processing pricing?
Request a written quote with your business type, monthly card volume, average transaction and payment channels. NexauraPay does not publish a universal processing rate.
